If you have an authenticator attached to your account you can't login without the numbers it generates, which means you can't make purchases, change any info, etc. Trion World accounts were hacked and purchases were made. What does the authenticator have to do with the billing info? The authenticator only works to get in the game. It happened around the same time hundreds of people had unauthorized purchases.
